TD calls for enquiry into Fallon Murder Eoin Foley: There is an Irish Government file on the murder of Garda Fallon that was due to be released in 2001 but is still currently being suppressed. Mr Naughten said that the file “has gone past the 30 year rule and there is obviously some reason why the file has not been released.
