SENATOR MARK DALY HAS WRITTEN TO ATTORNEY GENERAL ASKING HIM TO INVESTIGATE NAMA FOR BREACHING THE LAW: Senator Daly warned that “there is no transparency in the current process. This lack of transparency was confirmed to me by people who were asked to participate in a scam which involved the buying back of loans from banks for less than the current market value resulting in millions of euro of loss to the tax payers.”?
