Is Enda blaming Labour for broken promises?

Is Enda blaming Labour for broken promises?: In reply to questions in the Dail today on the issue of pre-election promises made in regard to Sligo and Roscommon hospitals the taoiseach, having first tried straightforward evasion, then seemed to employ a new tactic. He was not at his most coherent and was also somewhat arrogant in his responses but the following is the gist of what he said. He conceded that undertakings were given by FG but that since the election resulted in a coalition which required a programme for government that was not based purely on FG policies, then the promises given by FG were effectively superceded by what is contained in the pfg. Was he suggesting that FG´s broken promises were forced on them by Labour?
