J.P. Morgan Loss Spurs - WSJ.com: James Dimon serves both as J.P. Morgan's chief executive and as a director on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Critics of the Fed say Mr. Dimon should resign from his New York Fed role because of a conflict of interest. Some former Fed officials say they are worried about the appearance of a conflict even if one doesn't actually exist.?
