Claire Loftus
Claire Loftus: In 2009 she was selected for the post of Head of Directing Division within the Office of the DPP . This division makes all prosecutorial decisions on files submitted by investigative agencies. Claire Loftus also holds an MSc degree in Public Sector Management from Trinity College Dublin (2002) and a Higher Diploma in European Law from UCD (1996).
