S.I. No. 129/1992 — Criminal Justice (Forensic Evidence) Act, 1990 (Commencement) Order, 1992.: CRIMINAL JUSTICE (FORENSIC EVIDENCE) ACT, 1990 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1992.
I, PÁDRAIG FLYNN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (2) of the Criminal Justice (Forensic Evidence) Act, 1990 (No. 34 of 1990), hereby order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Forensic Evidence) Act, 1990 (Commencement) Order, 1992.
2. The 5th day of June, 1992, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Forensic Evidence) Act, 1990 , shall come into operation.
