Dáil Motion on Public Accounts Report - Department of Finance - Government of Ireland: "The Attorney General has advised in relation to the legality and constitutionality of some of the recommendations"?WHAT WAS THE ADVICE GIVEN IN THE 2000 PROGRAMME FOR GOVERNMENT BILL THAT WAS PROPOSED FOR AN IRISH VERSION OF"PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURE"IF IT WAS PASSED ENACTED OR IMPLEMENTED AT THE TIME WOULD IRELAND BE WHERE IT IS TODAY?THE PUBLIC HAVE A"CONSTITUTIONAL"RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT LEGAL ADVICE WAS GIVEN AT THAT TIME?IF ELITES WANT TO SHARE THE PAIN THEY SHOULD ALSO SHARE THE LEGAL ADVICE GIVEN TO A BILL THAT COULD HAVE PREVENTED OR AVOIDED THE SUFFERING NOW BEEN ENDURED BY THE PUBLIC?THE"REAL"REASONS PROJECT?
