Crash swept under carpet and it's 'as you were' - The Irish Times - Wed, Sep 08, 2010
Crash swept under carpet and it's 'as you were' - The Irish Times - Wed, Sep 08, 2010: "The legal system needs to be transformed. Rulings need to be in plain English and judgments concise, rather than an arena for galloping hobby horses. The adversarial system we inherited is too cumbersome. Toxic fees should be abolished. The criminal law system must begin to recognise that it is not just the poor who commit crimes."?SOUNDS VERY IRISH TO ME?
