Sam Smyth: It was a novelty for an old man to raise his walking stick in defiance at bossy lawyers - Analysis, Opinion - Independent.ie: "'It is chilling to reflect that a poorer person, treated in the same fashion by the tribunal, could not have afforded to seek this vindication.'"ITS NOT JUST IN TRIBUNALS THAT THOSE WITH MEANS ARE GIVEN PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT,THEY ALSO GET THE SAME TREATMENT IN OUR COURTS OF LAW.
