Care worker takes case for redundancy pay - National News - Independent.ie: Maria Victoria Manzano yesterday began an Employment Appeals Tribunal case against the company responsible for the home in Rathgar, south Dublin.
The home was closed last year following allegations of serious mistreatment of its patients and an inspection by the HIQA.
However, in March this year, the DPP decided not to prosecute the case.?
