The Department of Justice and Equality: Joint statement by the Minister for Justice, Equality and Defence, Mr. Alan Shatter, T.D., and the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, Ms. Frances Fitzgerald, T.D., on the publication of the Commission of Investigation Report into the Catholic Diocese of Cloyne: "Publication of a report of this kind inevitably evokes painful memories for those who have suffered dreadful abuse of this kind. This, in turn, gives rise to a need for additional counselling services. The HSE, at our request, has put in place "A Dedicated Helpline" to deal with calls for such services."?
