Public Service Harassment: Knowing When To Talk FAIR: "When this witness asked her own supervisor what could be done for Zabia, the woman was told to mind her own business. She writes, 'When I mentioned it again to my director I was told "if I wanted to advance in the government", I needed to know when to talk and when not to talk. I could not believe it.'"?
