The Crime Analyst's Blog: Prosecutorial Discretion: "Why is it so hard to get this information? If this is really a 'government of the people' and believe me, we pay for it, shouldn't we have access to this information? I am not sure that obfuscation leads to good governance. We should be able to hold an elected official accountable for poor performance"?
