Public Inquiry · Daily prayer: An insult to democracy

Public Inquiry · Daily prayer: An insult to democracy: "The preamble to the"IRISH" Constitution begins:
In the Name of the Most Holy Trinity, from Whom is all authority and to Whom, as our final end, all actions both of men and States must be referred,
We, the people of Éire,
Humbly acknowledging all our obligations to our Divine Lord, Jesus Christ, Who sustained our fathers through centuries of trial, etc., etc.
Before eliminating the recital of the prayer you refer to in your post, there is a much bigger job to be done in eliminating the preamble to the Constitution, or "better still replacing the present Constitution altogether"TALK ABOUT TAKEING OUR"LORDS"NAME IN VAIN?
